# Medical & Scientific Advisory Board

The Scarring Alopecia Foundation's (SAF) Medical & Scientific Advisory Board (MSAB) comprises volunteer members who provide essential clinical, medical, scientific, and industry expertise in support of SAF’s mission. Meeting annually at the American Academy of Dermatology Meeting, this distinguished board includes the world’s leading experts in hair loss diseases.

 

The MSAB is composed of highly respected professionals who bring a wide range of knowledge and perspectives to the medical and research aspects of scarring alopecia. Featuring top leaders in both basic science and clinical research, the MSAB offers strategic advice to SAF leadership on research initiatives, emerging trends, and growth opportunities. These volunteer members generously contribute their time and expertise to advance the understanding of scarring alopecia and promote the development of new treatments.
